Combines various therapies to raise the vibrational level of the client, reestablishing harmony in the body. With the body attuned to its preferred and natural state, healing occurs on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key”) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that also provides healing. The treatment plan I devise for you will include traditional Reiki hand positions (both on and off the body), hand positions originating from Polarity Therapy and Hands-on-Healing, as well as other hand positions that I may intuit as being helpful during our session.

​The use of essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, palo santo, and sage may also be used with your permission.

What to expect

Prior to your visit you can expect an email from me, prompting you to list what you would like to work on during our time together.
When you arrive at the clinic, I will check you in and guide you to a private room where (remaining fully clothed) you will make yourself comfortable on the massage table.
At this time we will discuss and verify your stated interests (as well as any new ones) and I will share with you the personalized treatment plan I have devised for your visit.
The treatment plan I devise for you will include traditional Reiki hand positions (both on and off the body), hand positions originating from Polarity Therapy and Hands-on-Healing, as well as other hand positions that I may intuit as being helpful during our session.
The use of essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, palo santo, and sage may also be used with your permission.
As the session begins, I will encourage you to relax and surrender to gravity, allowing the healing energies to flow freely into and around your body.
It is common for people to report feeling a deep sense of peace during the healing, and also not uncommon to experience the release of emotions that have been buried for a long time; crying during a Reiki session is not unusual.
The session will end with me at your feet, grounding your energies, as well as sealing your aura.
I will leave you to relax a few moments longer, meeting you at the front desk where I will check you out and if you wish, discuss anything that arose during our time together.
