Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key”) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that also provides healing. The treatment plan I devise for you will include traditional Reiki hand positions (both on and off the body), hand positions originating from Polarity Therapy and Hands-on-Healing, as well as other hand positions that I may intuit as being helpful during our session.
The use of essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, palo santo, and sage may also be used with your permission. |
What to expect
Prior to your visit, an email will be sent to prompt you to provide a list of your focus areas for our session. Upon arrival, I will guide you to a private room where you can comfortably lie on the massage table while remaining fully clothed. We will discuss your interests and any new ones, and I will share the personalized treatment plan I have created for you. The session will include traditional Reiki hand positions, as well as positions from Polarity Therapy and Hands-on-Healing, intuitively chosen positions, and optional use of essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, palo santo, and sage. Relax and allow the healing energies to flow, potentially experiencing deep peace and emotional release. The session concludes with grounding and aura sealing at your feet. Afterwards, we will briefly meet at the front desk for checkout and to address any arising matters.
