Crissy Horiuchi
RN, CYT, Certified Reiki Practitioner
Crissy Horiuchi has been immersed in the field of healing for more than 20 years.
Earning a Bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing was the starting point for her journey into the practice of alleviating the suffering of others.
Gaining experience in a wide variety of hospital environments- from cancer treatment at Johns-Hopkins, working the float pool in the Denver-area Health One system, to palliative care at a small center in Maine- gave Crissy a solid foundation in which to understand and care for people on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
Motherhood furthered Crissy's nurturing abilities when she welcomed into the world two amazing spirit beings known as her daughter and son. Becoming a mom cracked Crissy's heart wide open, leaving her with an intense desire to understand and connect with people on a spiritual level.
Immersing herself in Karma Yoga Center's 200 hour yoga teacher training provided just that- insight related to the world of spirit and consciousness. With that came an ability to tap into the Divine Wisdom of the Universe and use it to raise the vibrational level of an individual.
Crissy firmly believes in the healing power of Love combined with different modalities (including but not limited to: Chakra balancing, Polarity Therapy, Flower Essences, Hands-on-Healing, etc.) to help you return to your center where health and wholeness originate.
Credentials:
BSN - Regis University
Certified Yoga Teacher
Reiki I and II certified
